Our Nursery Offer

Our Nursery Day starts at 7.45 and finishes at 17.45 and children attend for a variety of paid for and free sessions within those times. We appreciate that family life can be complicated and is different for everyone so please give us a call to discuss your needs on 01274 545647.

We aim to be as accommodating as we can and come to an arrangement that works for us and for you.

Holiday care

During school holidays our all year round children and staff are based at St Edmund's Nursery School https://www.stedmundsbradford.org.uk/curriculum-and-children/our-rooms. This is so that group sizes remain viable, and provides an opportunity for children to make new friends and experience a different environment.

St Edmund's and Lilycroft Nursery Schools share the same Head of School (Sian Young) and Executive Headteacher (Anne-Marie Merifield). Both have been graded outstanding by Ofsted.

Paid for Early Education and Care

At Lilycroft Nursery for children for two to five we know how difficult juggling work and family can be and we are here to help! We provide a safe, stimulating and caring place for your youngest children to be when they can’t be with you.

We are open for 50 weeks* a year from 7.45 to 17.45. and have places for children from 2-5 years old.

We recommend that children attend at least twice per week (so that the time in between sessions is not too long which can be very difficult for some young children) but, are happy to work with you to figure out what is best for your family.

The times of our sessions are as follows:

Full Day 7.45 to 17.45 which includes all meals and a Healthy Snack in the mornings and afternoons.

Morning sessions are from 7.45 to 12.45 and include Breakfast (served 7.45 to 8.15), a Healthy Snack and Lunch (served 11.30/11.45 to 12.00/12.15)

Afternoon sessions are from 12.30 to 17.45 and include a Healthy Snack and Tea (served 15.45 to 16.15)

Lunch – can be added on to an afternoon session (served 11.45 to 12.15)

We can offer a combination of the above sessions and as long as we have space available we will be able to work with you to figure out what works best for your family. Please give us a call to discuss your needs on  01274 545647.

Please reserve a place for you child as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

If your child is entitled to the free 15 hours of early education (all 3 year olds and some 2 year olds), we will deduct this from your yearly costs and you will see this as a reduction in price on your monthly invoice.
